For this busy month, we will give you an update on our progress in the UK and EU fulfillment, as well as the relaunch of our second game, Firesiege, on Kickstarter.
If you are an EU backer who has faced payment of customs fees, you will find below the steps to request a refund from Zatu Games.

3. You will receive a Paypal refund promptly.

January update - ongoing fulfillments in the UK, preparations fulfillments in the EU

Hello folks,
I'm sending you a quick update on the fulfillment of Feralis to keep you informed about the latest change we've made regarding shipping to the EU. We have recently replaced GamesQuest with Zatu Games as our EU zone partner.
As you may recall from our previous update, GamesQuest had asked for more money than we had initially based our shipping price on. With Zatu we have reduced this gap but will spend more money on the shipping the same and compensate the rest by ourselves just not to ask you for more.
We hope you will appreciate this huge effort we are making.

Keep in mind that we are close to Christmas, and this big event surely will delay the shipping chain.

Note: Ark shipped the packages without any warning. We apologize for their behavior, but they do not communicate with us either. As a result, we do not have a clear view of the overall progress because our partner is not being cooperative and transparent.

Status: Shipment is in the warehouse.
Note: They have requested more money than what we had originally asked from you during the campaign, due to the increase in fuel costs, inflation, and overall costs. We are currently working on finding a solution that does not require additional funds from you. We apologize for the inconvenience but the issue is really complex.
We faced a major setback when our campaign failed to attract enough backers during the initial period. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to generate the momentum required to reach our funding goals. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to close the campaign temporarily and regroup. We are planning to relaunch it during a more favorable period when we can optimize our outreach and marketing strategies and give our project the best chance of success.
We want to ensure that we can deliver the best possible product and experience to our backers, and that requires adequate funding and resources. We are committed to keeping you updated on our progress and re-engaging with you when we relaunch the campaign.
We appreciate your support and understanding during this challenging time and hope you will continue believing in our vision for the Feralis world. We are confident that with your help and support, we can achieve our goals and bring this innovative product to life.

October update - First copies arrived for backers in Cina, region-by-region update

Hello folks,
We know you are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the game, so we have put together a brief update on where shipments are currently in each region, and when you can expect your package to arrive.
Over the past few days, all ships have successfully arrived in destination countries, and although actual package deliveries will not begin for 2-3 weeks, we are really close to the first backers receiving their copies of Feralis.
Keep in mind that we are close to Black Friday and Christmas, and these two big events may delay the shipping chain.

Status: The shipment has been selected for customs inspection at the port. Awaiting confirmation of arrival at the hub.
Note: This is without any doubt the most complicated shipping. The ship has been stuck for longer than expected in the Suez Canal and as a result, the shipping chain is delayed. GamesQuest who will be handling the shipping has informed us that customs clearance is underway and from the time they receive the goods it will take about 4 weeks for shipping. Apparently, we are coinciding with the arrival of many other projects, and this by necessity puts us in the queue. You can keep an eye on the GamesQuest blog to see the updates they release.

We cannot deny that the coordination of all the hubs around the world is giving us more than one headache, but things are going quite well considering that this is our first fulfillment.
With hearts warmed by the support of over 3,000 followers, Firesiege is about to see the light. We can't wait to share this exciting journey with you! If you have not yet followed the project, hurry: the start date is set for November 14, and if you follow the project before the start date you will receive 2 exclusive miniatures :)
